About this Course
The best smart home devices can raise your home’s IQ, from security cameras, WiFi locks, to cutting edge light bulbs. This course teaches you how to build a WiFI light switch so you can control the lights in your house from a computer, tablet, or computer.
This project uses a small servo and an electronic stability program (ESP) to give you wireless remote control of your lights from anywhere in your house. There are also many other uses for this project and we have included a few more ideas. Be sure to check out the linked videos and the ‘Further Reading’ section for more details on the design. Upon successful completion, you’ll be prepared to take the Course 203: Video Game Technology where you’ll learn how to build a video game controller and program it to play fun games such as Pong and Snake.
